Article has time stamps so read from the bottom up.

Fresh off last night's Uncharted 2 preview event, Examiner.com will now be providing some day long impressions on the game itself starting 2AM PST. Updates will be made regularly & story spoilers will be written in white text, which can be viewed by highlighting.
In the meantime, feel free to ask any questions, either in the comments below or email at practicalhedonist@gmail.com. Most questions will be addressed in the course of the playthrough. PSN: oilywater

6:49 AM: Taking an unplanned break. Stand by.

6:44 AM: Sometimes, reviewers just need one area or scene to propel a title to Game of the Year status. For many playing Uncharted 2, that area is Chapter 6.

5:56 AM: Chapter 6 has some truly hectic gun battles. It's very gratifying to survive without dying and using many parts of the environment to your advantage. The melee combat rocks as well.

5:41 AM: Those 12 mercenaries must feel pretty stupid for dying at the hands of one dude hanging from a sign.

5:18 AM: "Ok, that was awesome" moments are starting to pile up.

5:16 AM: Chapter 5 is like the first chapter in Metal Gear Solid 4, but more fun.

5:07 AM: Chapter 5 start.

5:03 AM: It would have been nice if the first chase scene was longer. Sully is channeling Danny Glover a la Lethal Weapon.

4:43 AM: There's a view so majestic, you just want to jump to your death.

4:40 AM: The second big battle shows the improved grenade mechanic.

4:16 AM: Had yet another "ok, that was awesome" moment.

4:11 AM: Any gamer has seen their share of impressive water effects these past 10 years. Yet it still impresses when done well. The beginning of Chapter 4 is just the latest example.

4:09 AM: Got through the first major gun battle. This writer is afraid to check his stats so far.

3:51 AM: Knee-deep in Chapter 3. No more Sixaxis balancing anymore by the way.

3:43 AM: For anyone wondering about the slow play, it's obviously because these updates. Also, treasure hunting is addicting.

3:42 AM: To answer Tommy, the LOL moment was during the ledge takedown.

3:25 AM: Maybe it's the low sleep, but Harry just gave this writer his first laugh out loud moment of the game. By the way, if these two first chapters are any indication, Uncharted 2 is easily twice as vertical as the previous game.

3:19 AM: Nope, no screen tearing seen (so far).

3:13 AM: Wicked. Tranq guns.

3:05 AM: Forgot to mention, this playthrough is set to Hard.

2:45 AM: It appears Chapter 2 is the training mission of the game's expanded stealth gameplay. Remember all those stealth game knock-offs trying to cash in on the Metal Gear Solid 2 / Splinter Cell hype? This is how those games should have pulled off stealth.

2:26 AM: Chapter 2 reached. Story Spoiler:

2:16 AM: First weapon acquired. First achievement unlocked.

2:09 AM: Just finished with the first playable scene, with jaw hanging the whole time.

2:04 AM: As many have seen in the multiplayer beta, the menus (and even the chapter font) are very similar to the previous game. This kind of consistency is appreciated.

1:55 AM: Firing up Uncharted 2. Steve R. from Kansas City asks: What kind of home theater set-up are you experiencing this on? It's a 63-inch Panasonic projection with an Onkyo 5.1 surround sound system.
