i was having a fairly nice game and picked up that beautiful lovely tool of destruction - the grenade launcher. on the other side of the screen, i see the villains making off with the treasure and launch a lil' bit of heat towards his general area and kill him. still kinda far away, i see another figure in black making his way and pop off another shot - then see it's a teammate - then see him catch quick death.

less than a minute later, i catch a black figure in the wrong place at the wrong time and toss a grenade around a corner. team kill #2 and i get kicked.
