I'll let you know how the Inferno armor is hittin. In fact I think I will enjoy the Inferno armor over the other one because I will have it in the beginning of the game and have negotiation bonuses allowing me to get to special dialog earlier on.

I feel like there will definitely be better armor as the game progresses trumping all the pre-order armor sets and plus one of the few things I tried hard to do in ME1 was to level my charm or intimidate to unlock more dialog options as early as possible on a couple of characters.
