Apparently Shepard is working with Cerberus from the start of the game...!!! This is shocking news. I thought Cerberus was into some serious black ops shit (illegal bioengineering: rachni, thorian creepers, super soldiers and shit), shit they even conspired and killed Alliance military with the Thresher Maw attack and eventually killed Kahoku.
