In the hands of several folks I play against online he is an absolute BEAST!
Meanwhile, I didn't get Seth being one of the higher ranked characters since @ one point I was undefeated against him online. But maaaaaaaaan o'man, faced a 5000 BP player w/Seth and my Sagat got molested. Those air attacks are fuckin BRUTAL! >_>
