but he takes damage like crap...to balance out the would be cheese.
His air fireball goes down even weirder than the "rebalanced" version of him does in HDR.
The Doc only tends to use him to unlock shit in the game (after he's been unlocked) but in versus mode not so much.
The Doc can easily do his ultra and his super, though...
