because of the whole "super armor/will 360 you on a dime" problem. The Doc can't really tick throw with him (sometimes, if Green Hand is blocked) but just using him sometimes kind of clues one in as to what NOT to do to him... LOL.
Sagat, for being considered top dog, The Doc really wants to know how he of all people would handle a similarly skilled Gief.
