The original Rock Band controller bundled w/the game was wired though.

They probably had to shell out a lot of money to Microsoft because they weren't available until the second Rock Band game.

But no other controller other than those and the stock controller are wireless. It's the one thing that pisses The Doc off about Microsoft...

Meanwhile, PS3 uses non-proprietary ish and you can use USB controllers on their console...
