I believe it was played on a Commodore 64.
You were given a grid of math problems using the basic +-*/.
It was a mix of pac-man and leap frog.
any help?

And it's probably one of the best educational PC games of that period, too--although I got more playing time out of Carmen Sandiego and Oregon Trail.
