Cause on the real, SA's size sorta made it a pain in the ass.

I think everyone got caught up in the whole size issue cause sandbox games were still relatively new. While others had come out, GTA was the standard and since they increased size every game, they did it with GTA IV and everyone was like "WooooooW"

But in reality, there wasn't that much to do in much of the desert/forest areas, and when you had a mission that took you from the city and ended way out in the middle of nowhere, it was a bitch to get back sometimes.

I really think GTAIV is better in everyway. They streamlined a lot and took out features that you had in GTA:SA (working out, different fighting styles, the need to eat) that really weren't missed that much.

It really lets you focus on the missions, fucking shit up randomly and the friend system.
