- use grenades. throw them towards cars for double damage.
- use cover and go for head shots. you're likely to conserve ammo if you have a steady shot.
- when you're coming out of the subway, go STRAIGHT for the car. don't walk. don't bother looking for cops to shoot. you'll hear the radio go off before you head upstairs. if you look at the radar. you'll see NO COPS are there. make a bline to the truck and bounce. the truck will eventually break down if you go to the highway tho. so try to lose the wanted level while still on that island. after that. coast on to ma's house.

that level i fucked up and my whip broke down on the highway. i jacked a police car and ran the car over near the beach or whatever out there because it was just outside the police perimeter. i waited for a bit and was REAL careful. lol.
