You get the option of two choices: Revenge or Deal.
I'm obviously not about to tell you what is what because that would defeat the purpose of you beating the game.
I'm not sure about the advice thing. All I know is that I didn't kill the drug dealer francis told me to and had to do an extra mission because of it.
