need a LOT of firepower, got it on my 4th try. the chase afterwards, getting away? cops shot out my tires. stole another car, but the dumb other 2 guys take FOREVER to jump in as passengers. i recommend if you need to switch cars w/ the po po on your tail, carjack someone, so you dont have to break the window.
