HD-DVD has shit to do with 360. Matter of fact Microsoft has said that they are not opposed to having a Blu Ray add-on if that's what the people want.*
You really think Microsoft is concerned about the format wars? They streaming HD video straight to the console. There's more of a demand for that than
If anything, Sony had more to lose than Microsoft since BR was built into their console.
