I don't get how it's software pimpin though. Most every MP3 player comes with it's own media management software. I'd feel pretty cheated if i purchased one that didn't.

I'm not down with touch screen.. Hell, my non touch screen gets greasy enough, can't imagine how bad it would be if it were a touch screen.
The D pad is touch sensitive, you drag your finger across and it changes tracks, or controls volume. If you want feedback, you can press it too.
