So I've gotten one RROD and this one that just died is my second disk drive failure. Those clowns wanted me to cough up $99 to fix that shit. I got pissed and demanded to speak to a supervisor, who incidentally I got "disconnected from. I wasn't being a dick either I just told him how 3 Xboxes failing on me in a row is unacceptable. I called back and got another supervisor who said they would fix it for free and I'm supposed to get a call from some customer service rep. Just as I was getting into GTA 4 too. Damn I'm pissed.
