it was noticeably floaty and it only happened on one session of co-op, anybody else getting this?

also, during party matchmaking I sometimes get dropped or my homey gets dropped and I join a game without him or i join an empty game and we get a message on screen saying connection problems. anybody else seeing shit like this?
