...I remember a game that was given a 20% because it apparently sucked. It was a psuedo-anime adventure that pissed off the editors because they didn't like seeing animated puppies on frisbees getting blown up by a crossbred rabbit girl.
Umm...does that ring a bell?
Also, MTV Music Generator 2. The first one was classic, but the sequel was incredibly flawed.
