Although not mentioned in either list, "Rascal" for the PSX was painful. It had a lot of promise, but was mangled in development. The over-hyped game of the century is probably "The Bouncer." Does anyone remember how it was supposed to reinforce the idea of the PS2's dominance? Good thing Squaresoft didn't put all its eggs into one basket with that title.
