The light joint is just a regular hurricane kick, but it gives Ken a knockdown.

The HK version goes airborne, though. I don't know if it anti-airs or what, but it makes for some ill combos.

And his EX air tatsu is a straight up dive kick.

His hadoken is regular as hell, but when he pops V-Trigger KEN GETS THE RED HADOKEN.

As always his DPs are nuts. So yeah, he's still a shoto, but he doesn't play like any other version of himself at all. It's like they looked at his 3S version and said, "Not enough kicks and fire."
