It's out in Japan at the arcades.
They're bringing the cabs to Evo, otherwise there wouldn't have been any 3D fighters in the lineup.
I'm kinda surprised it got bigger numbers than KI, but I'm betting most cats in the tournament will be playing it for the first time at EVO.
