i guess it's because she doesn't have auto-witch time like bayonetta; you have to bat within or moon counter to get witch time. plus jeanne is strong as HELL (at least she seems to do more damage than bayonetta) and her weapons are better so far (her sword is longer and i think her whip is faster). also unlimited dodges
