Basically, they took so many pre-orders, its going to take them till April to get them all filled out. On the flipside, since the demand was so nuts, they hinted at they would just keep on putting out new runs until they feel the demand is satisfied.

Considering the hype is going to die down a bit for SF4 in the next month or so, id keep an eye out till they start taking orders again, probably at gameshop and madcatz. They prob will start again in a few weeks once they are confident everyone who pre-ordered it before the game came out has one.
