When he was in OKC, he had a drop-off in the postseason comparable to Harden as far as scoring efficiency & we're talking about a dude who employed an "analytics" coach in the stone-ages so can't be copping pleas about subsisting on inefficient shots.
Durant ('10-'16 *excluding first two seasons he didn't make the playoffs*) -Reg Season: 62% -Postseason: 57%
Not to mention, Servant has basically just as many turnovers but half the total number of assists as Harden. Now all of a sudden, he's playing 1-on-1 unlike any of the "top 5" players (even Curry gets blitzed) & he's the best thing since slice bread.
Servant has definitely been a better "big game" player/defender than Harden but that doesn't absolve him of the shortcomings in OKC including blowing a 3-1 lead while shooting 42% & committing more turnovers than assists.
As far as this postseason, folks are acting like he's head & shoulders above everyone when Kawhi has made just as many FGs in less attempts than Servant while indisputably operating as the PRIMARY option (let's see Servant pull this off with Danny Green/Lowry spacing the floor). Kawhi is a also a better defender & KD isn't exactly a "better playmaker" (he has a 1:1 assist-to-TO ratio despite playing with the Klay/Curry spacing the floor).
And this isn't a fluke, Kawhi basically did the same thing in '17 before Zaza took him out in a game where he was clearly the best player on the court (Servant padded his stats against the Cavs who played ZERO defense in '17): http://bkref.com/tiny/b11m1
I can't wait till Servant takes his talents to the Big Apples & gets a reality-check. Also, the Nuggets would be the best landing spot for Kawhi as the only thing they are missing is a legit wing-player & are young unlike Toronto.

10*.40 *3 = 12
Let’s compare this to shooting 60% on twos:
10*.60*.2 = 12
Simple mathematics
There is a reason why a comparable player like Paul George falls off the cliff in the postseason when teams don’t give him breathing space to shoot 3s. It’s much easier to generate high percentage 2s.

Now if you want to make a case about Kawhi being better because of his play on both sides of the ball I wouldn't be against that but KD is the best offensive player alive and its not really close. A 7-footer with a jumper AND decent handles, you can't do anything with that.

it's funny that DG talked about lebron losing his edge after 2016. i don't see that, especially the way he played in '18.
but with durant? yeah i could easily see him being sick of it all with the way this GS thing didn't manage to add much to his legacy (which is wrong IMHO, it did for me) and now dealing with a major injury. i could see him fizzling out and losing his drive.
