"It's a long season," Thompson said, per ESPN's Nick Friedell. "And we've been playing a lot of basketball for five years now, so you're not going to be perfect for 82 games -- we've had too many missteps -- but at the end of the day, that's the first time we've lost to that team in 19 games. So it's ugly but ... I expect our crowd to be little more into it, too. Like, I know it's not the playoffs, but it is our last go-around at Oracle. Least you can stand up or something when we make a good play, especially in the beginning. We need that energy, especially this time of the year. It's hard to conjure up energy every single night 'cause you're looking forward to the playoffs and that run."

the crowd that goes to these games is not the same as the ones who were blowing the roof off the building w baron davis monta etc
i went to a Warriors game the year they won their first title (vs the phoenix suns coincidentally) and I was able to get great seats for 150 each
now im not sure 150 even gets you in the building (or if it does its up in the nosebleeds)
those silicon valley suits probably only get hype for the playoffs, or vs teams that have a fighting chance against the Ws
>it used to be a fun ass squad. > >but you end up with donkeylips and kd routinely acting like >bitches. > >and klay is whining now too? > >you need crowd energy on level 10 to beat the suns fam? > >seems like steph the only one who aint turning into a maxi >pad.

you get to see the greatest team to ever grace an NBA court, and find them unbearable because they have some human moments through a now 5(?) year grind
