Don't get me wrong, the dude is a pretty good young talent, liked him well enough in college... but aren't they paying Ian Mahinmi something like 32ish million this year and next? To just come off the bench?

trying too hard it seemed like. Randle got his, Jrue’s shot was off early but he came on late and did a lot of other stuff.
The rest of that roster is garbage, like G league caliber dudes I see why that team struggles when AD doesn’t go off.
Doncic was nasty, I don’t know if he’ll be the STAR everybody is proclaiming him to be but he’ll be a very good NBA player for a very long time.
Dirk needs to retire. He had 11 points in 11 minutes but he can barely move and the trainers were literally working on him the entire game to get him on the court for those 11 minutes. He’s still 7 foot with a basically unblockable jumper so he just hangs around on the perimeter and they throw it to him and he lets it go.
DJ is basically the veteran leader on the team he was constantly in Doncic & Smith Jr’s schooling and encouraging them and that seemed weird to me.
Harrison Barnes talked more trash than I expected.
