he needed to go somewhere with an established #1. Dez is not a #1 anymore. He can't defeat coverages designed to stop him. Now he's a 2, possibly a 3. He can run around, be a strong-man/possession guy and win the occasional 50/50 ball. Good for him. I always liked Dez. I just knew he was not a 12.5 million dollar WR. A lot of Cowboy fans couldn't come to grips with that.

Good stat by Deuce Windham. I think that's what the Saints are hoping for here. Nobody throws a more catchable ball than Brees. With Ginn out for the year, Meredith's slow recovery and Smith being a rookie still learning, this is a calculated risk depth move to alleviate some of the pressure on Thomas.
went ahead and snatched him up. ive had a lot of RBs and this is the worse week to drop one for my team but i think it will be worth it. might not pay off this week but going forward it should.
