doesn't change a thing to me and i don't even like Kobe like that.

plus, out of Barnes own mouth he said Kobe is a g, and he tried to get him to flinch and he just stood there.

so. yeah.

He flinched when he got his chin checked tho.

Not sure how "not flinching" makes you a g

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

Kobe doesn't flinch and Matt fakes the ball near his face. Slow news "story."

up there with this doozy I read early from NY Post
https://nypost.com/2018/10/02/giants-must-emulate-this-pat-shurmur-trait-to-turn-year-around/

Apparently Snacks Harrison snubbed a reporter and also, apparently has a contract worth $48m... SIMULTANEOUSLY

I feel bad for sports writers sometimes

for the payoff...to come back around to the title of the article. SMH

Even in victory a week earlier at Houston, he told another reporter, “You’re too late” when asked a simple question about the defense. Then again, Harrison, who is in the third year of a $46.25 million contact, has said he never wanted to be a leader. He certainly isn’t acting like one. A leader would answer why Alvin Kamara rushed for 134 yards.

The contrast is cornerback Donte Deayon, standing in front of his locker Sunday and explaining his view of the pass interference penalty he was flagged for during a crucial third-down play. It kept the Saints on the field to eventually score on Kamara’s 49-yard TD run.

“I thought I got there at the same time the ball did,” said Deayon, who doesn’t make $46 million. “It was what it was.”

...I'm from the era when A.I. was the answer, now they think ai is the answer - Marlon Craft

every penny in the same sentence as a guy who was on the bubble in the preseason is dishonest. There's a reason for that contract and he's paid for what he does on the field, not says in the papers. Then acting like his response was in any way enlightening?

Jets fan at work sent this to the Giants fans yesterday like "AHA! see Odell is a diva and the defense is dysfunctional like last year!"

The last line of the Complex shit is the same. Just trash sports journalism.

http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/25010373/animation-film-fest-rescinds-kobe-bryant-invite-outcry

Kobe Bryant was dropped Wednesday from the jury of an animated film festival after calls for the former NBA star's ouster over a 2003 rape allegation.

Allegations shouldn’t prevent someone from working necessarily, but his presence would take away from the goal of this panel so...makes sense.

I did too.

He's seemed to skate over this issue entirely, until now. I don't think it came up when his short film was up for an Oscar and even post-Oscar.

Back in '03 when the allegations hit, I didn't know what to think. Especially when he was probably my favorite player at that time.

IIRC, I took his side but was disappointed in him.

I wonder how I would react now.
