he knows how complicated it's gonna be to get that fourth, and at some point the Madrid fans are gonna want a better sniff at the Liga crown. Still super shocking timing, and he did hint at Ronaldo leaving (though he said that wasn't the reason)

The history books will remember the 3-peat forever. I mean, what more can you say. He has a STRONG case for GOAT futbol career now. I can't really think who else comes close. He's surpassed Cruyff. Beckenbauer, perhaps?

But, as ZZ kind of alluded to (or maybe I just inferred), it's pretty clear that RM is at a crossroads and you'd have to think a downswing is imminent. They've taken it as far as it can go with this current team. Let someone else deal with how to appease all the aging stars, or trying to make Neymar a thing, or this, or that.
