This was that bamma’s first season in the league without spending a significant portion of it on the bench in street clothes. He’s got the potential to be top 5 but not right now. Just like Simmons, consistently show more over a period of time.

I don’t think he’s a better player than Steph. And, if he is better than Steph, there’s no significant drop off between them.
I’ve never understood the KD better argument. Steph won without KD. MVPs and a chip. And I say none of this to disparage KD who I believe is already an all-time great. I just don’t believe he’s that close to LeBron as an all-around player nor do I believe he is significantly better, if at all, than Steph.
