I know it was a hot topic early in the season

But the playoff games I've watched so far...the officiating has been wildly inconsistent

My pet peeve has always been letting the small guys get away with murder on bigs

and then they flop against bigs and get the call

Shit's pretty blatant IMO

F situational officiating...and call the game.

They look lost in large stretches - and just didn't have enough time to get comfortable with each other after the trade and w/ all the injuries. It's hero ball by Bron or they lose - not a good formula.

The dynamic may shift in Indy as playoff momentum can be unpredictable - and LeBron almost prefers to play on the road it seems. But this inexperienced Cleveland team already looked shook at home - while Indy played with a lot of confidence.

LeBron can't be expected to do this anymore. not alone.

not having Kyrie is going to be their undoing. no agendas, just facts.

replacing his production is going to be impossible.

I'm already thinking offseason, this team ain't going nowhere in the East

and even Nance (who I liked the most out of the 4) is struggling to be productive. Love is a magnet for injury and is back to being Playoff Kevin.

Kyle Korver being your 2nd best player is not going to get you very far. This team is really bad.

Stop turning the ball over.
Shoot a respectable 3 point percentage (35% or better)
Attack the paint with dribble penetration

Adams missed a lot of minutes with fouls and something is obviously going on with his arm. Derrick Favors annihilated us on the boards with Steve out. Rubio made 5 threes, too. I don't expect Russ, Paul and Melo to go 0-14 in the fourth quarter, again. Donovan is a boss. We gotta go to Utah and get one.

only so much of this can be blamed on coaching. offensive sets have 2 or 3 options at minimum. KAT has to be more aggressive demanding the rock, and use the touches he does get better than he has so far. when he's gotten the ball on the block, he's been wasteful.

They could use a shot blocker/rim protector. Pacers got tons of easy layups. I don't know if his off court stuff is a factor in him not playing or if Lue just prefers small ball lineup but not sure this is gonna win the series.

nothing else. And it was a side-story on the global leader as well. I get it though - they won. But point is this: Harden has a great team around him. CP3 boss'd up and Harden didn't even have to do anything for them to blow out the Wolves last night.

That's a luxury LeBron doesn't have -- he has to do everything for the team and that's what makes him the most valuable player in the game - because he can do everything - and he does w/ shocking consistency.

and you know damn well if bron went 2-18 the skies would fall.

Was that player you're hypothetically referring to better than LeBron? If so - who was he?

And I'm glad you think so highly of Kevin Love. He's a good player - but has never been great in any playoff situation.

Who he did put up stats like this with. In the 2011 Finals. Except, you know, his team lost those games.

Oh, he also had Kyrie last year. And boy, they put up some numbers. Like 1-4.

then he had old, busted dwyane wade. everybody wants to bring up the 2011 Finals. no one ever wants to bring up Bron dragging Wade across the finish line in 2013.

and then he ditched old, busted Wade for young, hungry Kyrie. and now you guys want to complain how unfair it is that Harden has CP3.

y'all are embarrassing.

I'm saying that if Lebron had gone 2-18 and his
team won by 20, you'd be saying it automatically
disqualifies him from the MVP conversation.

Paul been a god tho. Team is ass without him.

Lebron took the Warriors to six games without
Ky Ky.

Harden taking anyone to six without Chris?

Nope. Ain't no problem, though.

Oh, against: Klay, Draymond, Durant and Steph? They
should have gotten swept and blown out every game.

When it comes to Bron, suddenly y'all understand nuance like jazz drummers, but Harden has a bad game and the both of you turn into Stephen A.

I don't even need to keep having this argument. I can just wait til Bron loses in the second round to Fred Vanvleet.

No, we're pointing out a double standard.

Bron might lose first round without a healthy Love.

They bring up Wade or Kyrie - who Kang won rings with.

But this year? They don't want to admit that Harden's team is truly great (as is he) - but that Harden has to do far less heavy lifting than Bron does.

I get it, tho. Bron fatigue has kicked in (like it did for MJ when people made emotional arguments for Malone or Barkley knowing damn well MJ was the MVP).

In response to Reply # 78

This year, your dude didn't win 50 games in the East and might lose in the first round.

This year, your dude is Russell Westbrook.

(BTW, Bron is totally and emphatically my dude. But you cornballs trying to undercut Harden's year are gonna have to defend a second round loss to the Raptors all summer if you don't pause and appreciate my guy's greatness)

and they still would win comfortably. This team is so reliant on him that it's absurd. These guys can and have to play better. Tristan is retired at 27. J.R. looks like he just got up every time he hits the floor. The new fleet from the west-coast look like they're only pick-up game ready. Playoff Kevin is back.

They really could mess around and lose in the 1st round.
