Joanna finally landed something at the end of the round, but Rose is so varied and masterful with positioning. It looks like she's out of Joanna's league as a fighter honestly. The only thing Joanna could win this with is pure power.

Those leg kicks added up for sure(they'll hurt worse tomorrow), but she never looked like she was in much danger, KO-wise. Joanna was smart to stick with them, I wonder what was going on with her legs with that stretching.

that they are doing well, and latches on to that and makes it seem like it's going to be a difference maker. He also has almost zero knowledge of mixed martial arts which is strange considering it's a such a huge part of his life. I love it when he's gone and Brian Stann does commentary, that dude is so damn good.

if you just listened to the audio, you would think a completely different fight was taking place.
at least once every main card now, a fighter will get hit with some routine shit and joe will go 'OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HES HURT!' and the fighter will be standing completely stable on his feet and alert lol.
and i agree about stann. called fights right down the middle with no bias. actually injected useful technical info about what fighters were doing in there. and none of that 'greatest ever' hyperbole shit rogan and goldie used to work into every event somehow.
