I thought it was petty when I read about it but after seeing it, it is blatantly stealing the show. The music, logo, everything about it is nearly identical. Yeah, a barbershop show isn't new but its quite a bit closer than that and can see why his lawyers sent the letter.
I don't pretend to know a lot about this subset of the law, but if I was Bron and saw that show, in particular Bama's branding of the show, I'd have called my lawyer ASAP too.
3. "read about this yesterday..." In response to Reply # 0
then read Saban's reply and Bron's reply to the reply this morning. It's clearly a bite. I mean, Bron didn't invent barber shop discussions, but this looks like a style bite.
