I know what happened last year but this team is old, slow and nonathletic. Without a MAJOR move they'll be the worst defensive team in the playoffs by far. A bad shooting night or two and they can get got..
21. "If you over-layed turnovers with each team’s runs " In response to Reply # 0
The r-squared would be as close to 1 as you’re gonna get for that scenario. It was basically a game of who’s gonna get their shit together and not turn the ball over in the 4th. Spurs had 5 turnovers in the last minutes, we got some much needed easy buckets to finish the game

-BI's offensive toolbox is DEEP. Truth was on point with the Kobe tape comment. I'm loving his trajectory. That kid range pull up is going to keep the entire floor open for him.
-Zo doesn't just fill up a stat sheet. He shows signs of becoming a disruptor on D without being a careless gambler. Also, this three game swing can be attributed to a few things.... but Zo's return is one of them.
I'm under no illusions. That wasn't a true blue Spurs squad. We made some dumbass mistakes. We're not out of the woods.
29. "+ Hart is good, Kuz is very good " In response to Reply # 23
Jesse Buss and co killing the game on their late 1st and 2nd rounders (JC, Nance, Zu, Hart, and Kuz).
Kuz is opening up his game right now and we’re seeing the vision and play-making that he showed at Utah. He had an extended talk on the court w RC Buford after the game, Spurs coveted him badly at the 29 spot (they also wanted Nance in his respective draft)

he can get you to the Finals but it's gonna cost you competent coaching and a competent front office
your team will always slump before the All-Star game no matter how it is constructed
Miami was an exception, cuz Riley they're actually a "good" mediocre team and they made the playoffs with old Wade and no Bosh and almost did it w/ Dollar Tree Wade (Waiters)
again: I hate that the fucking Celtics got enriched behind this bullshit
