(I thought fultz was overrated as shit too fwiw)

He looked great vs the Arizona states and Oregon states but the second he went up vs UK... Deer in headlights and he got his lunch ate.

When the Lakers did my guy dirty for THIS bum... Yes I turned up the heat. He's a great athlete.. Fast as fuck, good player maker.. But he cannot shoot. At all. And it's going to get worse. I'll gladly eat tofu crow if I'm wrong but I feel highly confident about this (evidently)

Young players develop most quickly when they stay on the court. Injuries really slow young guys down and prevent them from feeling the grind of a full season. I wasn't watching, but I hope he gets back out there quickly.

By far the best style of basketball he has played thus far..moving the ball offensively, looking for cutters, talking defensively, and most imp - staying engaged defensively. He's arguably been the best perimeter defender on the team thus far

Not Julius being better shape and working hard all off-season in the holes in his game. It was mastermind Luke turning him into a 3rd string Center and playing him 18 mpg.

Brilliant.

I'm sure Julius just wants to play so he can go earn his money and time elsewhere.

In response to Reply # 33

It was a clear distinction between whining (your response) and Julius's (responding to the challenge = credit to Julius's approach).

And btw, Julius isn't the 3rd string center - he and Clarkson have been the first guys off the bench for every game prior to this (and I agree, Bogut being in made zero sense. I was heated as the JR small-ball lineup has been really good this year).

In response to Reply # 51

Thus inferring that Luke has something to do with Julius play.

Whining would not be good for Julius's present or future, because as we saw with Game 1 they will paint him as the bad guy. So I applaud at him being a professional.

Me though?

I don't care. What I gotta be a Professional Fan? Lmao

The only games I've seen this year were the ones on ESPN, and he was the 3rd String Center in both of them. And I know he's playing less than 20 mpg. Sooooooooooo.... there's that.

Under Luke's direction he has stripped Julius of all of his unique talents.

Don't dribble the ball?

He's done that.

Show effort on defense?

He's done that.

Don't shoot too much?

Shit... he's shooting 60% from the field.

And still 18 mpg until they're down and he's the catalyst for a run.

So, YES I WANT JULIUS TRADED.

No KD, and the Warriors still beat the brakes off the best young team in the league. Because that's how good this team is.

Great game by Klay. Steph didn't have a great shooting night, but still almost had a triple double. Iggy did a great time filling it for KD; surprised they started him, since they usually like he offense off the bench, but since we've improved in the area, him getting the nod made sense.

Speaking of which, great games by Young and Casspi. Probably Young's best all around game on the team so far. He scored more in the first game of the season, but was really good on Defense tonight. And Casspi scored and had a career high night in blocks. Also, props to David West for doing his thing as always.

Oh, and LOL @ Thibs. Down 20+ with less than four minutes left in the game, and he's still got his starters in. For what? (c) Steve Harvey.

I'd heard he'd shown out as a good defender last year, and I was happy to see it manifest itself for the first time for us this season.

I really like the potential of what him and Casspi bring to the team, even if they're end of the bench guys. They can very much be solid reclamation projects like McGee who plays their roles exactly how they need to.

It's been known that if we can't move Deng for an expiring, we will have to renounce JR's RFA rights in order to subtract his cap hold from the cap, thus opening up 2 max slots. Logically, the next step becomes...ok, so do you package him now, lose him for nothing, or try to package Clarkson.
