Boston is number two to me, then maybe the Wiz but honestly after two nothing means anything in the NBA. Philly isn't there yet but they are coming along. Milwaukee and a step and a half ahead of them. This would have been a lot more interesting if not for Hayward's injury.

They'll likely all try to. They smell the blood in the water.
So it's hard to say without knowing where the rosters go. That having been said, if the rosters remain completely the same, I really like the Celtics' odds-- increasingly efficient offense and elite defense. They're leading the East in average scoring margin by a full point more than the next team.
Hard to bet on the Bucks pre-Jabari simply because they'll lose a good number of games, get a tough seed, and a tougher path. If I was to bet on anyone other than the Celtics or Cavs, it'd have to be the Wiz.
