Because my meaning is that struggling against possibly the best defensive point guard in the NBA and scoring at will against what is probably the worst defense in the NBA aren't great measures of how you will do against more typical competition.

Yeah he bounced back nicely, but he needed 27 shot attempts to get 29 points. As the PG he is going to have to be more efficient in his attempts. He will have an up and down year. Some nights he will look good and some nights he will look awful, but he’s a rookie though and he has a lot to learn still before he reaches that next level.

Lonzo will never be on Bron’s level even if he can fill up a stat sheet. Bron’s been doing this ever since left high school and 15 years later he still looks the same. Consistency is what Lonzo needs as well as improved efficiency. Lonzo needs to work on his jumper big time... either that or he needs to start getting into the paint more.

no Alex Len made a difference. They out rebounded the Lakers last night, so its a combination of they are better than what they showed against Portland and the Lakers aren't necessarily as good defensively as the Trailblazers....but is was a legit game by Lonzo.

When you look at who he’s playing with right now he DOES need to take that many shots for them to be competitive. Corey Brewer stated in the backcourt with him not exactly a prolific scorer
