Tue Sep-12-17 03:37 PM by Hitokiri

Match Day One.

Barça putting a whooping on Juve. Messi scores his first goal against Buffon... and then his second.

Chelsea smashing Qarbag

PSG destroying Celtic

Bayern up against Anderlecht (and Thiago scored!)

Roma vs Atleti going down to the wire

Pogba hurt against Basel

Yes, it would help us advance, but that's not why. While obviously a European power far and above what Spurs are, Dortmund isn't in the super team tier, and they're injured and dealing with roster turnover. It's a good chance to get us a memorable win.

That said, the Dele suspension hurrrrrrrttttssss.

But I would rather win at Dortmund since they're the team we need to beat to move on.

The CL should have on-side assist...instead Aubameyang is called off when he's on by a yard and his equalizing goal is disqualified. Minutes later, Kane scores to end the game.

These moments are too critical to leave to human error - not when you have the ability to minimize it.

but unless they add another goal i worry about the potential for a classic smash & grab to end this game.

Catastrophic defensive errors, world class attack.

The result depends on which element wins the day.

Yesterday it was both.

Lovren is garbage. If you replace him with vvd, Liverpool becomes a serious fucking squad.

Hendo was great as a holding mid yesterday. Gini played one of his best games. Can was invisible.

I say it every time he plays: it is incredible how good Moreno is in attack, and how bad he is on defense.

Mané/Bobby/Mo is the stuff of dreams.

A lot of people are clamoring for VAR, but shit, why not just have a linesmen on each side?
