"Vladimir Guerrero Jr and Bo Bichette (fans we'll know those last names)"
Thu Jul-06-17 12:33 PM by Heinz

These 2 young boys are owning the Mid West League (Single A) right now against older players. Bichette is hitting .400 right now and both are in the Futures Game next week in Miami. Teenagers facing older top prospects.

Vladito just got put on the Baseball Prospectus list from not being on it to #13 and Bichette who also wasnt on it as well to #29.

Scouts projecting Vladdy is gonna be the number one player next year. Loving that these 2 are mashing together back to back in the line up. Hopefully as they move up and get challenged they keep excelling.

Summers playing ball, watching Baseball Tonight, and playing Triple Play 2000.

Good times.

I'm pretty sure we have Craig Biggio's son, Dwight Smith's son, we just drafted one of Roger Clemens sons. We had Doug Drabek's son. LOL

I loved Vlad, man, had to keep a lid on it while he was in Montreal (he used to KILL the Phillies) but once he got to Anaheim I let it flow. Loved watching that guy and I hope his kid plays the same with the same emotion.

and the announcer said..."one of these games, Vlad will swing at a one-hopper and hit it out of the park...and no one will be surprised". Me and my pops looked at each other and started laughing...then we both stopped laughing like "is he wrong, though?"

Not sure about a one-hopper but he definitely picked up some batter's box dirt with his bat in the process of slapping one for a double a few times.

classic bad-ball hitter, very aggressive with his arm and of course he had the kickass aesthetic with his bare hands and all that pine tar on his helmet.
