like a lot of guys taken he's tall, rangy and skinny AF. this draft will be less a basketball competition and more of an eating contest. whichever guys can get strong enough to play in the L might do best. this guy has a lot of talent though. wouldn't have been my first pick but could be the best scorer in the draft ultimately.

Lonzo has way way way more hype, but skillwise, it's hard to really determine who was seen as the better prospect.

flashes of potential here and there but the reality is he's a guy that struggled to make 40% of his shots and his assist-to-turnover ratio is horrible for a lead guard.

Then there's the off-court shit with him recording Nick Young at all that. Even with Young no longer with the team there are still guys in that locker room that will never fully trust and and respect Russell and that's tough for a guy that's supposed to be a team leader.

Also overall I don't feel like he had a strong enough work ethic and "dog" in him to overcome his mediocre athleticism and become an elite perimeter player at the pro level.
