congrats to kersh for reaching 2,00 K's. fat albert should get 600 any day now.... yanks keep rolling, despite tanaka continuing to suck (he hurt?). houston looking unstoppable. MIN and MIL are both in first place of their respective divisions. cubbies aren't doing as well as expected. will schwarber stay in a season long slump? (he hit a grand slam today, helping CHI win after being swept out of 2 straight series). jon lester picked a guy off first.
MLB w/o trout and harper is not so fun.

randy johnson's perfect game against atlanta, at the age of 40.
that one immediately comes to mind.
nolan ryan (all-time leader in no-hitters with seven) and sandy koufax (no-hitters in 1962, ’63 and ’64, perfect game in ’65) definitely deserve mention.

... number of these milestones.
They were playing in the last two 600 homerun games (Pujols against, Thome for) and also gave up Frank Thomas' 500th.
Kind of felt that one coming last night. Ervin had been off the rails since the first pitch, and Pujols seemed kind of bored with not having ended the suspense yet.
