good read. the takes:

- Oregon is full of Nike-pampered underclassmen who rode their predecessors coattails and didn't want to do shit themselves

- Oregon players wouldn't even finish their required reps, then put on lighter weights during offseason training, and no one disciplined them (this is mind-boggling)

- a bunch of Oregon players got in trouble off the field, and it kept happening under Helfrich

- Oregon players routinely were late to team meetings and shrugged off the extra running as punishment

- the veterans were soft and selfish, while the coaching staff had no balls

On one hand, going for dolo and worrying about stats over team. On the other, blowing off workouts that would let you play betterandgetdrafted higher. Stupid and selfish is nothing I want around the Eagles.
