It would be extremely weird since 1) the Clippers should be a relatively good team next year and Paul Pierce probably won't be too much of a factor during the regular season and 2) Paul Pierce isn't a long time Clippers player, so it'll be odd for a Clippers transplant to get love in that fashion.
