I don't think there's any quicker way to tell that somebody's coaching for the wrong reasons* than watching them taking a teenager's life decisions personally.

*I guess I should add that I regard "a paycheck" as a perfectly valid reason since it's a real job.

when they jump ship for new jobs at the drop of a hat.

They will be literally in some recruit's house in the morning telling them that their team is a family.
Then that same evening they're doing a press conference for their new team.

Matter of fact, I hate those transfer rules that lock players into teams even when their situation changes.
Oh the coach can leave whenever he wants with no consequence, but the players gotta sit out two years just to transfer? Cmon
