You right, in that every QB is not the grooming type...ie, Favre/Rodgers, Peyton/Osweiler...but you see Tony on the sidelines during games he was out sharing info with Weeden/Casell and going over plays. I think he is exactly the grooming type. The way Kurt was with Eli or even Leinart before he eventually took his job.
