Their relationship was one of the things that jumped outat me on draft night
She wasn't a cheer-on-the-sidelines type mom, she was an excellent player and basically his coach from some things I heard while he was a freshman. She was young, early 50s. That is so sad for both of them that she saw him finally make it and then bang. That's just horrible to even think about.
