-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

some of us already been here...when it was real REAL bad.

plus - y'all were nowhere to be seen in 2010 & 2011 when the best player
on the planet was seeing crazy adversity and hate. In fact, y'all were hurling
hate, logging off, and vowing to never return.....that is, until the Kang returned.

So I ain't even from y'all neighborhood, I'm just rolling through w/ my
godren (SPM, Shells, Vee, Sev, and a few others that make y'all furious)
letting y'all know that we live here too, now - and ain't shit you can do about
it.

Oh, and as predicted - you've already violated the truce w/ this non-sense.

Pontiac's rebellion cometh.

as far as i'm concerned, the truce is still in effect and i won't respond in kind to your obvious irritation. i'm accepting the blessings of the basketball Gods (e.g. dion finally accepting he's a born 6th man, bron moving fast, andy's health and kyrie learning from great vets and a beast coaching staff) and moving forward.

later.

21. "Say it again. I give zero fucks about the Cavs"
In response to Reply # 11

People saying stuff about all these new fans. Man, no one gives a shit about the cavs or Kyrie. We here to watch the best player since Cheese get rings.

You partied when Kang returned, because you failed to fully appreciate that bullshit time is over. Kyrie has absolutely no excuses left, you can't hid behind teammates or lousy organization. That "oh Bron ain't playing hard" nonsense? Dude, do you know how ludicrous that sounds? It's Bron. He's a made man. It's up to everybody else on the Cavs to fall in line, because he's the only one there who's done it. He says jump, everyone else says how high.

It's not a problem for Love yet, because love knows the deal. His job is to make them threes, get them boards, and try harder on defense. He's not getting back in transition, but 2 out of 3 is a good start.

I like Kyrie. I want Kyrie to succeed, and not even just because of Bron. But no pleas left. Pass the fucking ball, try hard on defense, and go score when Bron tells you to, because Bron is right about everything. No moronic temper tantrums when people call you out for doing dumb shit. No ball stopping.

I think the real reason for this truce is because you realized your position is ridiculous. You just don't want to talk about it, because if we do, you have no legs to stand on, because Kyrie has picked up bad habits playing for this loser organization. But that's not how it works. If Kyrie stays fucking up, we are going to talk about it. If he starts acting right, or trying to act right, we can talk about that too. Last night was a big step in the right direction, and I think Kyrie will get where he needs to be. But he's not there yet, and when he backslides like Wednesday, he's getting friend and deserves it.

did it make me "abandon" the Cavs? if last season didn't, nothing will

lol @ the idea that LeFavre would send me into hiding anyway
Eli Manning didn't send me into hiding and I hate him a billion times more than I hate(d) LeFavre, I'll just continue hating on him and the Smurfs until he retires (hopefully after throwing 50 INTs in his final season)

They're getting pretty desperate if they're starting Crawford at the 3 but he and Redick have been hot and they look active on defense for once. Also, Blake Griffin looks like he has the flu and is gonna vomit on the court at some point.

Reddick and Crawford torched them ---> that's fine, get it back on the other end. Nic Batum was too passive and they should have been more proactive in running sets for Wes Matthews. Instead LaMarcus and Dame tried to hero ball them out of it (with a decent amount of success, if the defense got a few more stops...), and it ended in a close loss.

The Clippers are good, but as of yet, man ... the Kings have been the toughest Western Conference team the Blazers have played.

If Boogie keeps his head on straight all season and their perimeter players keep it steady all season (which is no easy task given they're starting Rudy and Collison) they're gonna be a problem in the Pacific Division all year. No one has an answer for Boogie when he's going.

Between LAC/GS/SAC/PHO, I'm not sure the Lakers are gonna win a division game all year.

Portland is pretty fine, you really appreciate how much Robin Lopez does for that team once you actually watch the games. He makes the game so much easier for their other guys by doing all the dirty work and he can make an open shot if you give it to him. New Orleans might have sold on him too early. That bench is a problem though, in a bad way... I'm not sure what it is since I like basically all those guys individually but the Clips made their runs when the bench went in and they kept it going in the 2nd half.

40. "Dion "Jay ElecBronica" & Pope Basaglia at odds over Anthem "
In response to Reply # 0

Waiters was defiant in Utah after consulting with Yung Joey Smith -
who advised Dion that while in Utah, he would be protected by a merkaba field of activated 5th dimensional beings that would usher him to safety after when in the face of danger (see: flagrant foul 2 in Denver) - and also meditated to remain safe from the tyranny of the Vatican, now being furthered by Pope Basaglia who is obsessed with a young boy named "Ky Ky" - exposing yet another disturbing chapter in the Church's troubling record on being obsessed with young boys while they defy the King.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/11848159/dion-waiters-cleveland-cavaliers-says-absence-national-anthem-was-misunderstanding

NDEPENDENCE, Ohio -- Dion Waiters said that a report stating he missed the national anthem in Utah earlier this week for religious reasons was a "big misunderstanding," adding he was undergoing his "normal routine" in the locker room when he lost track of time.

"It was a big miscommunication," Waiters said after Cleveland Cavaliers' practice Sunday. "Big misunderstanding. I love my country. I love the United States of America. I'd rather be here than any place else. It was just a big misunderstanding on both parts."

The Northeast Ohio Media Group quoted Waiters on Friday saying, "It's because of my religion. That's why I stayed in the locker room."

When asked to elaborate on what happened in Utah on Wednesday after the Cavs' 110-101 win against the Denver Nuggets on Friday night, Waiters volunteered the word "religion" again in his answer.

"I don't really want to talk about that," Waiters said. "It's my religion. I don't really want to talk about that. I want to talk about basketball. I'm not being rude, but, you know."

On Saturday morning, Waiters took to Twitter to claim he had been misquoted.

Lol I wasn't going to even say anything about the situation but whoever made that up about me & the national anthem is a damn lie....

— Dionwaiters3 (@dionwaiters3) November 8, 2014
I can't believe yall believe everything yall hear smh I guess ppl listen to anything now a days!!! I love everything about America!!!!!!!

— Dionwaiters3 (@dionwaiters3) November 8, 2014
I'm not here to entertain nobody but come on now I'm always out there for the national anthem if they gone write BS make sure it's correct.

— Dionwaiters3 (@dionwaiters3) November 8, 2014
Waiters was asked on Sunday if he ever brought up his Muslim faith to Northeast Ohio Media Group.

"I don't know," Waiters said. "I ain't sure. If I did, I did, but it had nothing to do with the national anthem, whatever the case may be."

The third-year veteran said it has been his custom his entire career to retreat to the locker room 5-to-7 minutes prior to tipoff, before coming back out in time for the anthem.

EnlargeDion Waiters
Isaiah J. Downing/USA TODAY Sports
Dion Waiters said a report stating he missed the national anthem in Utah earlier this week for religious reasons was a "big misunderstanding."
"I went in the back for my normal routine that I normally do and it just happened to take longer than what I expected," Waiters said. "I missed one time and, you know, this happened. So I'm not worried about it."

Waiters would not provide further detail on what his normal routine consists of, other than to say it does not involve his religion.

"I'm not praying," Waiters said. "I'm not praying. I'm going through my routine. It has nothing to do with religion when I go back there."

It was peculiar timing for Waiters to miss the pregame ceremony considering that it was the first game that he was benched in favor of Shawn Marion in the starting lineup. However, Cavs coach David Blatt said he told Waiters about the lineup decision at the team's morning meeting on Wednesday, so he had time to process the news before tipoff.

And Waiters said he actually approached Blatt after the second game of the season -- an overtime win in Chicago -- about moving to the second unit.

"I knew it was going to happen sooner than later," Waiters said. "I was actually thinking about it myself because it's better for the team. I had went to coach and told him it might just be better for me to come off the bench, by myself."

Waiters said that the scrutiny he felt surrounding the anthem controversy "wasn't that bad," but his phone started ringing with phone calls about the story on Saturday morning.

"I don't be on Twitter no more. I actually deleted the app a couple weeks ago," Waiters said. "I had to address that. I had to make sure I addressed that and then I deleted the app again."

Blatt, who said he was unaware of Waiters missing the anthem when asked about it on Friday, has since hashed it out with his backup shooting guard.

"I talked to Dion," Blatt said. "I think that a little bit too much has been made of that. I have spoken to him. Dion will be out for the national anthem on a daily basis and we're ready to move forward from that."

Father (Bron)
Son (Ky)
Holy Ghost (the white one)

If we don't stop this petty infighting, we will not compete for a title this season.

I have seen the way. Repent and do away with this foolishness.

In response to Reply # 54

Star of David Blatt will unveil the hermetic sciences and
weave in etymological kaballah to supplement the Trinity's
ascent.

in some traditions, they say 'The sins of the Father shall visit
the Son.'

But this era is't beholden to such tradition.

May the wisdom of the Father activate his Son's chakras,
and may the Holy Ghost grab offensive rebounds, score on
the block, and stretch the D.

Triple double, Trinity.

more ball movement, an electric night for the home crowd.

Loved seeing the LeDunk. Loved seeing those kicks out to The Ivory Tower for 3. And Kyrie working that damn layup sorcery.

that was WAY better than the home opener.

That was more intentional than what jr did

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

w/ jo and pau both out high, it's basically pick-your-poison.

my 2 favorite actions so far:

they fake a flare screen w/ rose before running him thru the pau / noah elevator doors, they always get something good out of that.

and then the 1/2 P&R w/ rose and butler. they ran a ton of that in the 4th last night and scored pretty much every time. rose drive, butler and-1, and then the kick-out for the butler 3.

that's an entirely new wrinkle. it's easy to forget that rose and butler have barely played together, maybe 300 minutes or so total.

>You can run so much action off that with their passing
