and it was respectful. dude got his ASS kicked behind an O-Line that was looking like the Lakers in that infamous "Sacre" game against Cleveland last season. wasn't doing too much of the bullshit that was infuriating in games 1-2. some great throws (and play calls. quiet as kept, Kellz was avoiding the long ball as much as possible).

even The Useless One (Cooper) was good for one sorely-needed catch.

Mac Dogg. Man. it just felt GOOD to see Maclin run with that speed, and catch the ball. I feel like this was a personal statement game for him ... DeSean back in town, he had to show off.

defense was ass, but when they needed a stop or a turnover, they delivered.

Washington, if any team in the NFC East, is going to be the wall between the Eagles and the division/playoffs. they reignited old Body Bag Game hate today.

Those two TD catches & his other catches in general was just lovely & clutch. Look forward to see how much of a work horse he can be but it was just good to see offense run up 30 when we left 14 more on the field with those over throws by Foles (but that pressure damn sure ain't help either)

Are y'all ready to give Russell his props? Respect to the World Champion Seattle Seahawks. We need to talk about this dammit. If the roles were reversed no one would Seattle's defense as much credit as Andrew Luck.

They saw him calling audibles in college and kept the hype train going. Dude is a promising young quarterback but not worth the hype IMHO.

Russell did something legendary when you stop to think about it. At least apologize to him national media.

they finished the second half pretty decently last season and had a solid off-season. but this just isn't a Chad Henne problem. they look absolutely morbid in all facets right now.

and should get Marvin Jones and Vontaze Burfict back after the bye.

I know at some point, they will end up losing a game they have no business doing, or Andy Dalton will go full Andy Dalton in the playoffs. But I'm enjoying the ride so far.

after throwing that INT at the end of the half, he actually looked upset. I remember last year and sometimes the year before when he threw ints he almost looked like he didn't care cause he knew Gruden would coddle him after the game. It was like he know Hue was gonna bust his chops at the half, and I like that emotion out of him.

I thought if we were 1-2 into the bye we'd be in a good position. Now at 3-0, I'm feeling real good right now. Plus after the bye we get Burfict and Jones back. Under the radar, Gresh has performed well in Tyler's absence, but I'd still rather have Tyler. Yeah, we're gonna lose soon and we WILL see Bad Andy sooner or later (guarantee its against the Steelers and at Cle.), but I'm like you, just enjoying the ride.

at New England, vs Carolina, at Indy, vs Baltimore.

if the Bengals can go 3-1 during that stretch, I'll be happy.

Agreed about Dalton.

Gresham has been pretty invisible in the passing game, but has blocked well and hasn't had his usual dumb drive killing penalties.

I don't see a let down in NE because of the bye.

I see the Panthers game being the let down though even at home.

I think at Indy will be a pretty hard fought game

I don't know which BAL team we'll see by that time. The one that roughed up PIT or the one that struggled with CLE. Even if we go 1-3 I'd rather have this game more than any other

Even though New England seems extremely beatable, that game worries me for a couple of reasons. The Bengals have struggled mightily in road prime-time games. And the Patriots are so tough to beat at home, they haven't lost a home game to an AFC team in 6 years. If the Bengals can come away with the W there, it would be a good sign that this isn't the same ol' Bengals.

middle lb and he just slides over, takes control of the defensive play calls, and flat out dominates. If he isn't a Pro Bowler this year then there is something wrong with the process.

JJ WHAT?

I was lucky to be at the game for Cruz's first touchdown since December of 2012

2012?

2012!

Goddamn I missed that patterson salsa

Great team win, frustrating in the first quarter for sure. Great drive unraveled by Donnell's fumble at the 5 yd line... then the muffed field goal. It was a continuation of the 4th quarter of the Cardinals game.

it off.

The oonly saving grace is that the offense has looked muched better the last 2 weeks, save for those bad turnovers. I'm really looking forward to getting Odell as well.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

I think he will be practicing with the team this week but he probably won't play any snaps vs the sk*ns thursday.

EDIT: apparently he is?

That's bananas

I was looking forward to Max P preston parker getting some more touches, but Cruz Jennings and Donnell (besides the fumble) really held down the offense.

Also I should have said victor's first TD at Metlife since 2012

amd he sold us on adrien robinson as the "jpp of tight ends"

yeah. right.

much like boss and ballard before him, Donnell is that no name TE that's doing his thing, and (save for the fumble) has caught EVERYTHING.

And if the OLine holds up I'm seeing the passing lanes and the timing.

and a giants team that can run the ball. warmed my heart.

Brady hasn't seemed to found his "connection" with his receivers yet. With the exception of Gronk and Edelman, the offense looks lost on pass plays. They'll find their rhythm eventually, but even at their peak we aren't going to see anything like their offenses from 2007-12.
