Tiago Shitter (if he doesn't get traded) & Kawhi are going to be the only ones GUARANTEED to be on the roster in 2015-16. Timmay/Manu/Top5/Danny Green's contract will expire at the end of next season (2014-15).
Timmay/Manu will DEFINITELY retire by 2015; Top5 is breaking down before our eyes thus who know what happens w/ him. Thus, I expect RC Burford to sign a bunch of cats to a 1 year deal for 2015-16, get a lotto pick then go after Anthony Davis (the closest thing to Timmay) or KD (Low Key, Spurs type of guy). By then Kawhi should be entering his prime thus if AD/Kawhi ever materializes that would be devastating DEFENSIVELY. Otherwise, KD/Kawhi could be the west-coast version of Pippen/MJ. I wouldn't be mad if RC went after Horford/Brook Lopez depending on their health...along w/ a sign & trade (Splitter+pick for Noah).
If they decided not to tank then RC could go after Marc Gasol or Aldridge.

They have kind of written themselves into a corner here. Those guys chew up a lot of money and attention. How do you develop a full team? The low-hanging fruit type signings are few in number and prefer Miami. They won't win with what they've got, but what they've got is too good (and costly) to add anything more.

When Adams/Lamb/Perry develop along w/ Reggie/Ibaka improving they will have a stacked roster w/ cats playing for contracts within the next 2 years. Their GM (Former Spurs Executive) is an excellent talent evaluator so I won't be surprise if they hit a jackpot w/ their TWO late 1st round pick next month. Otherwise they could trade their pick & maybe Perry or Lamb for a vet.

You got 2 of the top 5, arguably top 3 players in the League right now. It's been proven over and over that you need 2-3 superstars to win, so that's not the issue.
They will keep their core of KD, Russ, Ibaka...anything else is foolish as shit.
Their frontcourt is pretty straight with Adams, Perk, Collison...you can always get a decent big man for cheap....
All that along with Reggie Jackson and maybe an emerging Lamb, Perry Jones...they are solid!
What they need are shooters - you see what that did for MIA and LeBron, you see how the Spurs always keep like 10 on deck, you see how it even helped CP3 a bit....every championship team needs them...and they have ZERO...
You can't win with Sefolosho and Fish as backcourt guys getting 30 mins a game...or ending games...not gonna happen anymore...
