Predicted them losing to Brooklyn even before the road trip started. It's a textbook loss that the NBA schedules for a team (c) Phil Jackson: second night of road back-to-back where the Warriors played in Milwaukee the night before (and travelled in from Atlanta right before that).

Hope I'm wrong, 'cause I'd love us to be the first team to go 7 for 7 on a road trip.

4 games in 5 nights with all those miles in between is just brutal. Going scoreless for almost 4 minutes of gametime after they got the 93-89 lead was the nail in the coffin. It really looked like they didn't have anything left in the tank.

First time I sat and watched Brooklyn for a full game and they didn't look as bad as I thought. Maybe the Warriors were just that gassed but the Nets looked like a team that should make the play-offs in the East.

I just hope the Warriors aren't still gassed for the Boston game at home on Friday.

The problem w/ the Nets has been the lack of effort once a team lays the wood on them. They basically showed no fight in the 2nd half if they were down by double digits coming out of the locker room.

I was like, here's another blow-out... gutty win

Jason Kidd slowly improving... only goal for me as a Nets fan this season, get into the playoffs to keep that lotto pick from Boston and don't get swept in round 1... at this point I'll take that, get Kidd experience and hope lopez stays healthy next season...

at the same time I'd trade KG or Pierce for ANYTHING right now

and look, I get it -- T-Rob needs to improve on his team defense if he wants to remain in this league and he has a tendency to break offensive structure too often, but jesus christ that doesn't mean Myers Leonard is the better option. yeah, sure -- let Leonard get some run, send a message to Robinson, make sure both young guys feel comfortable figuring in the rotation based on depth needs throughout the year, but damn how many games does Leonard get to come out and just plain suck before everything I wrote about Robinson applies to him, but like ten times moreso? Robinson at least brings an energy and athleticism that has an impact, even if his tactical awareness is still a work in progress...

by my own (admittedly unscientific) estimate, something like 100% of all screens set by Blazers opponents over the last two nights have been illegal and uncalled. I thought this was a point of emphasis? nothing lamer than points of emphasis that stop being emphasized before the season is even halfway over...

Lillard can collapse the defense, but he's one of the worst finishers around the rim in the NBA. Mo is probably the best driver on the offense. Portland needs a wing that can drive and score more than anything at this point.

dude's go-to move is a step-back jumper & he is an average finisher at the rim. The defense should always give him the Peja treatment...basically all up in his jersey.

Kevin Love is an All-star...He puts up ridiculous numbers...But he cannot be your best player on a team...He always seems to shrink in the big moments...I know Phoenix has been winning games...But the Wolves should have taken care of business with Bledsoe injured...

I would love him on a team with a franchise player...Could you imagine Love on Houston (won't happen) or in Chicago with a healthy D. Rose (still a question mark).....?

Damn good player...But he needs to leave that team so he can play his true role....

If u r a playoff team in the west u have to take advantage of a team playing without their starting PG...

The Wolves should have won that game...Beyond Rubio playing invisible (what else is new?) Love should be good enough to beat Phoenix without Bledsoe...

To me he is the perfect second banana....If I have a team with cap space and can get two stars I think Love would be dope...But he can't be your best player...

The crazy part is he's a better rebounder than Lee...Dude could pull down 13 in his sleep....

I bet Lee could average 12-13 rebs/ per if he was chasing rebound like Love. Pek is actually a better offensive rebounder than Love...which is much more valuable than collecting bricks.

In response to Reply # 22

It's hard to be the closer when your best asset is popping for 3 pointers. Love is nothing more than a match-up nightmare b/c of the position that he plays....he ain't really that much better than Ryan Anderson when it comes to scoring.

And the game was still winnable until Martin bitched up at the end.

But Love didn't play very well last night.

Shoulda did that in the offseason geniuses.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

Say for someone w/ a championship pedigree like Barea who can help the Knicks at the point. Barea w/ Tyson used to be lethal too.
